Just start with a do-it-yourself feather-plucking kit. This probably involves sticking your head in boiling water. I know this because when I raised meat-kings (chickens) I swished them in boiling water, then wrapped them in a burlap bag for a few minutes. Then it was easy to pull all the feathers out quickly. So after you get all the feathers off your face look in the mirror and see if you are satisfied with your new look.

It will cost thousands just to remove the feathers. If the accordion is an implant, add on another $1000.
