I guess I just don't notice the younger actors... I'd feel kinda pervy if I did. I'm 38.

Exactly, who cares about the younger actors in HP, they're just boys. It's the men in the films that are there to provide the eye candy!
Alan Rickman is the one I tend to drool over most. He is just so perfect as the brooding, silky Snape. You'd never have known he was sixty years old! Jason Isaacs makes you wish Voldemort would just get rid of Harry so the film could focus entirely on Lucius while David Thewlis and Gary Oldman are just two of the many reasons why 'Prisoner of Azkaban' is the best of the four films.

Oh, absolutely! Alan Rickman is yummy - well, at least he is when his hair isn't all greasy :) He's one of my favorite actors of all time. And I'll probably go to jail for it, but in TPOA, the Weasley twins were HOT (I really hope they're of age).

um, ralph fiennes is certainly NOT in the 4th movie, at least. maybe in the constant gardener.....
and i love alan rickman! his character in those movies just enhances his....um, sexy hotness? otherwise there aren't any good-looking guys in those movies, the younger actors aside.
