I think I am going to lose my job to someone who just started and is spending a lot of time in my boss's office with the door closed. She always comes out grinning with her hair slighly mussed up. What should I do?

Wear a low-cut top to work tomorrow and try to beat her to his office. Just kidding...I don't know if there is anything you can do besides call her names under your breath or maybe when she comes out of the office ask her loudly if she's trying to sleep her way to the top. I mean, if you think you are going to lose your job anyway, why not go all out?

Start looking for an attorney.

If you are in an "at will" working environment your employer doesn't need to have a reason to let you go. My employers recently called a person whom was 2 days from returning from their vacation and said "you're not welcomed back".

However, if your work termination is the result of a "sexual liaison", or other non business practice, you could stand to be well off financially after the lawsuit.

I don't know the details, but in my life, I have found that my fears are worse than reality. Meaning I was so afraid of things, and when I battled them, it wasn't that bad. I know this will sound redundant, but go to work and don't worry. If you do a good job you will be OK there. I wish the best for you.

you should buy a new outfit...update your resume( just in case)...and pay an informitive visit to your bosses boss. If you lose your job, your ready for your next interview.....either way, you gave your boss what he deserves!

Do what a normal person would do, rat her out and make her so uncomfortable around everyone that she just quits herself and you got the job to yourself!

Gurl...I'd tell it all....lol...no joke...I would definitely tell it but make sure you have the facts before you do. And if you DO lose your job over her....definitely let someone know of higher authority...

Be Blessed...
