Okay, go into start menu, click on control panel, click on sounds and audio open then go to audio tab and adjust volume on speakers or adjust speakers in volume tab. Next?

check and see if you took the plug out for the head phones.make sure your plug to your speakers are in the wright place if that dont work i would use system to restore it.

Unplug the headphones.

you may have blown a fuse.If you a have subwoofer,look on the back ,and look for a hole with a fuse.
