Click on options in the top right corner. This will take you to a page with twelve boxes. The middl column is labeled mail management. Under that there is a box labeled block addresses. Click that. Let me know if the works by adding an extra comment.

Depends on what service you are using but there is always a function to do this. In Yahoo click 'options' and then look for 'block addresses.' Also, there is a way to mark mail as Spam when you open them [from the normal mail viewer, look for the word Spam]. You'll want to mark Spam when it is a general worthless email from a company or whatnot and you'll want to block it if it is from an individual that you do not want to deal with.

If you are in Outlook Express then when you have that particular email highlighted click on "message" and scroll down to "block sender."
Hope that helps.
In Yahoo just click on the message box and up above you will see "move message to"....move it to bulk.
Good Luck
