Mine is! Why is it your favorite holiday and what do you love to do around that time??

I love it cause i LOVE fall and the smell of the fall air. Its wild and mysterious! I love to go to haunted houses, watch scary movies and go to bon fires!

I don't celebrate holidays, but I love fall and winter, and spring is ok just because I love to plant ( summer is just too hot for me! ) Fall is probably my alltime favorite. I love the smells, how crisp the air is in the mornings. Or how the sky turns a bluer blue, and the how the sun goes down so much earlier . I love how the dew lays across the spiderwebs on shrubs in the fall, waiting for the first frost to do them in. Then I love the transition into winter. Snow, ice, crisp, clean air, everybody bundled up...I even like the clothes better in colder weather! We have a fire pit out back, and I take mugs of spiced cider or buttered rum or just cocoa, and sit out until I get too chilled to stay. LOVE cold weather!! :)

My favorite time of the year is Christmas. I love putting up the Christmas tree and decorating. Besides the traditional meaning, the green of the tree means to me that there is life, green growing and alive, - even though it's an artificial tree. I very much dislike looking out the window and seeing all sticks for trees covered in snow, leaves that are long gone, no grass and things looking desperate.

I LOVE halloween, for the same reasons you do. Fall is my favorite season; October my favorite month. I also love Thanksgiving, because to me it is like a no-pressure, cozy Christmas type holiday. Great food, football, family and friends; no stress and worry about presents and perfection.

My favorite is New Years. I like having a good excuse to stay up late :) But Halloween is pretty close to the top. I like wearing costumes. I'm dreaming of the days when it will be cooler outside.

I love from Thanksgiving through Christmas.
The excitement on all the children's faces, the decorations, the smells of all the foods cooking when you enter someones home. The smell in the air and the music.
It is all so wonderful and I never tire of it.

I like dressing up in costumes and getting into the character of the costume Im in. Its fun to dress up and do some acting. Plus I loooooove halloween candies! and its time for some good NFL action too and the beginning of NBA and NHL too!!!

I completely agree with you. And the leaves change colors and you can dress up and go to parties and eat candy and hikes are perfect because of the weather and the leaves and the maple syrup. I can't wait till then!

And can't forget haunted hay rides and candy apples!
