Your question seems to be well thought out, and is for the most part grammatically correct. I don't think you are mildly retarded. You may be unusually shy. Try talking with other people about what interests them. No matter what they say if you are interested you will be a great conversationalist. To be more mentally sharp read books and do puzzles.

If you wanted to gain muscles, you know that working out and drinking protien shakes will quickly produce results. Likewise, when you want to sharpen the noggin, working out and suppliments is also effective.
A brain workout consists of creative problem-solving. Puzzles are a good example of this, and come in all varieties: word searches, crosswords, brain teasers, riddles....pick a type that you enjoy the most. Make sure that each day you progress to more difficult material.
Games can be a good brain work-out. Chess may be the best, but don't sneeze at checkers. There are hundreds of games with on-line partners that offer plenty of challenges for your mind.
Don't forget that the brain is part of your body, and has special needs for best performance. Give it lots of oxygen through aerobic exercise like swimming or cycling. The brain is 70% fat, so yourt diet should include food with healthy fat like olive oil, avacodo, salmon , nuts & fish. Avoid substances that can dull your senses like alcohol, marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines and depressants (uppers &downers). Don't starve yourself. It is important to mantain a healthy diet and drink lots of purified water to keep the brain hydrated and supplied with proper nutrients.
I use a suppliment called methycobalamin, which is a derivative of vitamin B-12. This is a natural compound avaiable at health food stores, and enhances neural function.
You just can't beat reading for brain skills. Not magazines, mind you. A good book, cover to cover. Develop this one habit, and watch you mental faculties expand.
I had a heat stroke years ago and experienced considerable brain damage. I had to work hard to overcome this setback, but I know for a fact that you can make the brain you have perform better. Good luck, and God bless you!

First off, YOUR NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT FEELS THAT WAY in that situation, others there are unsure also. Another things, fear of speaking is the most common fear, just remember to have "talking points" already made up.
Watch the News everyday, watch the weather.
Read or check out magazines from your local library to get up on events.
Stay up on local events that matter to your "group."
This will keep you "current" and give you things to speak about. As you get more involved in the group, you will learn more and find more things to talk about. Its always ongoing.
Good luck.

How might one be responsive to? I propose, proclaiming which you're divine considering you studied with the divine is almost a guy asserting he has a brilliant penis. If he has to assert it, it is probable no longer authentic. in short, there is not any purpose place in which the two categories--divine as against standard--could be built. this is, they'd in basic terms be built via a guy or woman who's the two divine or standard (considering you checklist them with the aid of fact the only 2 opportunities). hence, who gets to choose?

It could be that your with the wrong sort of people.
It could be a possible mental impairment that you should have psychological tests for and get treatment for.
It could be lack of confidence and self esteem.
See a specialist for help on this.
