My dad is thinking about getting the family new phones......but it has to come under these rules
1. Has to have good features (ringtones, games)
2. Is a Cingular phone and has to be Nokia
3. Doesnt cost a lot....as in hundred dollars and above

I have a Nokia 7370 in warm amber. It's pretty, it's a 180 swivel phone and you can connect it to your pc and download songs for ringtones. I don't know how much it costs now though. www.nokia.com
