Wellll, how did you find out about all those programs and apps? Generally, a computer has quite a few processes running, which is something you can discover from Task Manager... when you use it, you can shut down things, but, if your puter stops after doing one, then ya know ya don't want to delete it completely.

Be careful.
There are a lot of necessary processes going on and a lot of things running in the system. Don't delete anything unless you know exactly what it is. A lot of them you won't recognize.

ITs no longer the powersupply , its the two the systemboard or the fan on the cpu . If the systemboard has a short out circuit that reason the transistors to burn up the capability . Now if the fan on the cpu or the cpu it self isn't suitable cool the cpu sends a sign to shutdown for overheating

do ctrl + Alt and delete, click on the processes tab. You can then shut down those applications you don't use. good Luck
