I have to go with Doc Midnight. I just can't vote for a hero that was played by Ben Aflect.

When DC revived the original Doctor Mid-Nite in the sixties (the hyphenated version), he used a bunch of cool new gadgets. One of them was a modified surgical tool that could cauterize incisions with a laser and freeze diseased tissues with liquid nitrogen. I think that Daredevil would have a hard time coping with either of those. But Daredevil would soon have the latest version of Doc Midnight (as of Infinity Inc #21) kissing asphalt. That one isn't impressive.

Daredevil. Dr. Midnite's only power is the ability to see in the dark, while Daredevil's radar sense gives him the power to form a perfect image of everything around him (including what's not in his field of vision), light or dark. Daredevil's also one of the most skilled fighters in the Marvel Universe, while the same cannot be said for Midnite in the DCU. Though he does have an owl.
Plus, in his civilian identity, Daredevil could sue the pants off of Midnite for malpractice (he's a blind guy performing surgery - it's an open and shut case if anything goes wrong). After that, he'd just have to call himself just "Midnite."

daredevil is more likely to kick doc. midnights *** cuz he can only see in the dark... but daredevil on the other hand can see infared and is also and excellent fighter if you havent watched the movie......
