working your a** off and than if you need more help you get roomates or do any thing to make an extra buck...rent out storage space if you have extra space in your back yard...my friend even took in dogs when people were on there vacation and than charged them...think outside the box. People on here that say the word "can't" are not trying hard enough and it just makes me laugh...they won't get to far

You must be filthy rich or win the lottery. You can also try a bank loan but you must have a collateral (an insurance for the bank if you can not pay the loaned money from them, then they will repossess that property you put under collateral) to get one.

OMG i didnt kno they still sold house 4 under a million dollars these days...wow i need 2 get put more...shows how much i kno...i think u can probley afford it...

you can afford up to 2 and a half times your yearly salary. Varies upon debts to. You probably cant....
