Why do guys pee in a hot bathtub. Women don't seem to have this problem.

I thought it had the same effect on women as well. I also never heard of a guy peeing in a bath... but anyhow, I believe it's because the kidneys get warm and then it gives the feeling like your bladder is completely full.

I don't know about Women.
When men enter the swimming pool with cold / warm water what they do is an urge to pee. This may be because the sudden change in Temparature the bladder has to undergo & the consequent expansion of muscles in that area widening the urinary track.
Do you know Why women frequent Swimming pools?
One said, Because of male urine was present there!

Because heat stemulates the muscles and when this happens muscles relax causing the pee to come out. With women there's more control.

Not really an answer to your question, but women have it way worse as far as bladder control goes, especially after they've had kids.

the heat allows the muscles to relax. relaxation of your muscles that help you hold the urine creates a stronger urge to urinate.
