Press the "Print Screen" button(next to Scroll Lock) on the screen you want to take a shot of. Then go to Paint and go to the edit menu and click on Paste(or press CTRL + V).

Go to http://www.wisdom-soft.com/products/screenhunter_free.htm and download the screen capture program...it's free. You can save screen shots as images.

just load whatever you want to take a screen shot of. then hit the "prnt scrn" button. it's usually at the top right corner of the keyboard. then go into any drawing or word program and click the paste button or "ctrl + v" in pcs and there you go!!
