The Bengals will be really careful with this decision and I don't believe they will risk losing him for another full season by starting him before the time is right. The Bengals are going to have to make sure that they can protect him adequately first before they throw him to the wolves. Starting him on week one could be a huge gamble and they know it. We'll see.

Palmer is ready now physically. It will take a good hard sack for him to mentally be ready. The bungles will hopefully use him sparingly in preseason. Unfortunately every tem they play will be aiming for him knee especially when the bungles have the lead

he may be ready, but the bengals are still gonna lose to the Chiefs. and after he gets sacked, he will get hurt and again and be out for the rest of the season. I don't know. I like Kansas City though, and hope they have a good defence for once, since marty s. left.
