is there any way to send music to your from your computer to your cell phone???

i want to send music and pictures to my cell from my computer.

What kind of phone do you have? I have an LG 535, which has an mp3 player in it, and it has a mini-disk that goes in it, so alls I gots to do is take the disk, put it in to my computer, transfer any files I want on it, and then stick it back in the phone. I don't know any other way to do it, you might need a cable of sorts or something...?
