Well they only have one album out plus two more songs on another live album they made after the huge success of their album Fallen. They rekindled the public interest in female fronted rock bands like Lacuna Coil and Nightwish but their new album is long overdue now. Also the main songwriter has quit the band living the songwriting to Amy Lee, the singer of the band which does not bode very well for the future, if you ask me. So basically get their album Fallen and you're done with Evanescence. I'd say explore other band like The Gathering, Xandria and definitely Within Temptation.

Amy Lee has an amazing voice and she does NOT lip sync. I've never been to one of their concerts, but I've seen one on dvd, and she was sooo singing.

All I know is they suck. That chick does not have the voice for that kind of music, and she (gasp) lip-syncs!!
