I was just wondering who has a higher I.Q because I know at times George W. Bush has a hard time mastering the English language. My neighbor has a parot that speaks more affluently than G.W.B so I was just curious is George is smarter than a monkey?

I think a monkey makes better decisions than Bush, but you can't compare apples with oranges. There might be some monkeys that are as smart or less smart than Bush.

GWB has an IQ of 91 or 97. I am not sure what a monkeys IQ is but chances are Bush is smarter.

Well, Monkey's can't decide national policy. They can't make speeches and since we're not in the future where Apes are the military as in Planet of The Apes( at this point in evolution they can't make military decisions.) I suppose if you're really a smart person you can figure out the answer for yourself.
