Your answers are all correct except for #4, it should be B I think. Remember Hydrogen Bonding only occurs when the Hydrogen is bonded to Nitrogen, Oxygen, or Florine.

dude i dont think ur gonna get a serious anwser from that question the only peeps that use this is jack asses just screwing around but if i remember right from chemistry the strongest bond is #3 but im not positive

4a corresponds to oxalic acid and of course the H-bonding is stronger than in the respective diol.
