AMEN to that!!! I get depressed when I look at old photographs, and then look in the mirror. I think that I can gain weight now by drinking a glass of water. I used to be able to eat what ever I wanted and still be a size 3. Getting dressed and going out at 10 PM, has now changed into passing out...on my sofa...at 10 PM. I can't even stay up to watch the ball drop on New Years Eve. So, I feel your pain. I hate the physical signs of growing older. If I could go back to 18 years of age, with retaining what I know now, I would do it in a heart beat. If I had to loose what I have learned to this point, I would have to pass on it though. Who ever said growing old is not for sissies, was so right!! It is no fun aging.

We all age, honey, and there ain't a thing you can do about it. Makeup & plastic surgery will cover a few of the signs, but your best bet is to GROW OLD GRACEFULLY! Revel in your maturity, you earned each & every gray hair & wrinkle the hard way - by surviving the tough times and loving the good times.

And like GW sorta said, it's not as old as you think it is once you're there. Except for the arthritis aches, the morning stiffness in the joints, the sudden need for reading glasses, the difficulty in remembering where you left your package of Depends, and the embarrassment of buying Geritol by the case.

I'm 37 and been getting a bit more of a belly in recent years. I used to be really thin, but now the weight is showing more. I also started to notice my first grey hairs at 33. Now I'm seeing more creep in while my receding hairline goes further back, and is getting thinner on the top. At least I don't have my father's hair line...or lack there of...My older brother got that in a big way. lol

Just make sure whatever you do is to make yourself feel better. Dye your hair, use a good skincare regimen, and do something different to get exercise in. Maybe yoga? If you can;t stop the signs of aging, you can definitely mask them! Why mope around stressing about the way you look and being unhappy when you can get up and do something about it? Mini makeovers are so easy these days and not expensive at all. Good luck and I'm sure it's not as bad as you think.

It's not one particular sign. The whole chart needs to be considered. Challenging Neptune aspects. Chart emphasis in Pisces and/or 12th house. Anything that might indicate the person wants to escape or has trouble dealing with reality and/or their emotions. Hard aspects from outer planets to Sun or Moon. Often the same aspects that could indicate potential spiritual enlightenment indicate possible drug and alcohol problems. ***Some good points above too. My brother's chart is a classic example. He was an Aqua Sun, Taurus Moon, Pisces Asc. His 12th house was loaded. Jupiter was conjunct Moon to add to the over indulgence. Cancer drinks at home. Scorpio drinks in dark bars. Pisces will drink anywhere. Of course that doesn't mean all water signs drink. Just maybe they are more at risk of becoming addicted due to their ruling planets. Moon can make emotional drinkers. Pluto drinks to be self-destructive. Neptune to get closer to God.

i'm 54! i'm aging, but that's to be expected. i dont' go into all the hype on tv. i don't have millions of dollars for face lifts and lipo suctions. i do use that gly acid and it gets rid of age spots. and some wrinkles. as far as age goes, i feel like i earned this state i'm in! i've had two babies, and it takes it's toll on a body, but it was worth it! try walking more. drinking more water. i'm a nurse so i have to say the healthy things!

If you have the money I would try looking at Arbonne's products. All my sisters use it and so does my mother and father. My bf's mother has been using the anti-aging line for a long time. She is 65 and looks 50. They have weight loss stuff and EVERYTHING is all natural. It's not cheap but it works and works well. Here is a link to the online page. https://www.arbonne.com/shop_online/shoponline.asp

yes, I am 41 and recently discovered a few grays in the hair, Eyebrows as well. "Sigh" But I still continue to exercise 3 times a week as always and haven't noticed any aging spots as of yet thank goodness. Walking is about the best you can do as you age and cover up will take care of those age spots. Only cure for gray is the Dying method....Good luck!

Back when I was your age...I noticed those things as well. Gaining weight was especially hard on me. But I have learned to accept myself for who I am...weight, wrinkles and all. Yes, you can dye your hair. You can spend countless hours in the gym. Reality is that there is not much you can do about aging. It happens. Just accept it.
