I have no clue what a "nepulizer" is, but a "nebulizer" is a medical device (like an inhaler) used to ease breathing in a variety of circumstances the most common of which is Asthma. They usually contain a mild steroid to decrease inflamation of the pharynx, windpipe and bronchioles. Sorry I can't be much more specific. My knowledge of them is limited to my students bringing them for storage at the school nurse.
