I never joined this Union. They told me I am a non card carrying mandatory dues payer. all dues are the same amount depending on the amount of hours worked. Mine never change (if annually) but the dues change from mo 2 mo! from $ 13.50 to $35.00 +. (When am I supposed to do mybest answer pick)

paycheck deduction for union dues that help unions organize and advocate for employee rights with the employer (i.e., collective bargaining), is constitutional and legal.

it's only mandatory union dues for the purpose of a union's conduct of political organizing that is illegal.

sorry to hear that you are getting screwed by your union. that's a union for you, though.

Sounds like you're saying your union is deducting union dues from your pay...but beyond that, it's hard to tell what your question is.

Are you saying that you didn't join the union? Or that you don't want to be a member anymore?
