Be there for him, enjoy the things that he does (as long as you honestly enjoy them). Be feminine, but strong and bold, show him you are a great role model to others. You can do it !
Whatever you do, don't change who you are just for him, remember that someday you will find someone who needs you just the way you are :-)
If he does love you, he will see it. If not, don't overlook other guys who might like you. Give them a chance. Waiting is worth it!
Joe K offers a good tip too. Just dont spend Too Much time with him.
Discuss things with him that you both like.
Invite him to meet your guy friends.

uhm.. i think there's no way you could make a guy fall in love with you simply because it's totally impossible. if a guy loves you, he would even be the first one to tell you about his feelings but if he doesn't care, well, we can't do anything about it. the best thing you could do anyway is if you haven't told him your feelings yet, talk to him straightforward so that he would know that you're sincere and not like "i need a boyfriend right now and i'm desperate to have you". tell him to talk to you one-on-one so that you'll have all his attention and no distractions. the best way is to talk over the phone if you're too shy to tell him in person. then, if responds negatively, just take it and move on.

Quit being shy ask him out for something like a picnic on the beach. If he pays more attention to you than the other girls that there, then I would say you have a good chance.

Hang around him long enough until he gets attached to you. Get involved in whatever he is involved with. Alter your schedule to match his schedule. Do not beg him for anything and do not cause him any drama.
