It could mean many things. How healthy is she, it could be an infection, it could be she's pregnant and might be trying to miscarry. There are lots of possibility's. The only way to get an answer to this question is to go to a GYN doctor. There are male and female Dr's. Just make sure you're comfortable with the Dr. They are humans who have studied this. Do not be embarrassed, you need help. That's what they are trained to do. Do not put this off.

She needs to see a doctor. It could be a symptom of something serious. The other possibility, if it's just a little blood, could be a sore perineum....particularly if she has had a baby recently. Either way, she should get it checked out.
