while i'm scanning my pc with an av i noticed that some files i've deleted are still on my pc.how can i recover them? pls help because some are deleted accidentally

You can use a program like PC Inspector to recover files that have been deleted. PC Inspector file recovery is free.
Also, make sure to use your computer as little as possible until you have recovered the files. If they are deleted, they can be overwritten by new files and the original files will be lost. Several programs make temporary files that can overwrite the originals just by using the program and not actally saving anything.
Also make sure that they aren't simply in the Recycle Bin instead of completely deleted.

There is a freeware program called PC inspector that I've heard can recover files on disks that have even been reformatted.
