lol, uh, well you wouldn' want to soak it, because if you're gunna wear it, it will look like bad prespiration.
Use a damp papertowl, that isn't one of those soft kinds, that with break up. and pat the area, with room temperature water (this way it dries faster)
Try using a dry paper towel, and gently rub it out. If your shirt is black, use a darker paper towel, or else you'd get white fuzz, if your shirt is white, try using a white paper towel.
But you should probably just change your shirt, or use an undetectable deoderant. or change your shirts more often.

take a COLD wet wash cloth and press it on to your shirt.... that way your shirt wont be soaked from the water and it picks up the deoderant!

It happens to me ALL the time! I just grab a washcloth and get it a little wet then rub the spot until it's all gone. Works every time.
