I know it takes a while it took a while for me but what is the average?

Usually women get breasts when they hit puberty. I hit puberty late (17), so I didn't get mine until around that age. Most women hit puberty between 10-13. It really depends on your body and your health.

9-22. Everyone is different. It is hard to take and average. I've work in education for years and seen quite a bit of late bloomers, i.e. graduating in a training bra, and early bloomers, i.e. 34c at 10.
Scary stuff.
I thought it was something in the water. On one side of town, girls are developing at a much younger rate, but it seems that the media is assisting in the appearance by making clothes that are partials. Scantly clad if you know what I mean. They send the kids out naked. Parents are allowing this. Why would a 12 year old need a push-up bra. It's sad.

I had breast by the time I was 9 and they haven't stopped getting bigger. I love having a big chest. I don't think there is an average age though.

Normally at the time of puberty. But a lot of girls dont fully get the biggest size they will stay until age 16-17! Good luck hun

They can start as early as 9 years of age, or as late as 14.
Also on average most girls begin their period when they reach about 104 lbs.
Girls now a days are entering puberty earlier then their grand parents by about 1 to 1.5 years earlier. due to healthier eating
