Who is the current Igwe of Nnewi??? I have met this young lady online and also face to face now who claims to be the daughter of the Igwe. When I do a web search it always tells me another name. I need clarification please - I would like to hear from some person who knows this answer. I have grown very fond of this lady, but I won't tolerate untruths. Thanks guys.

Best thing to do is to ask her lots of intimate questions about Nnewi.
Cos a person who has no royal connection might just be bearing the same surname as the ruling family.
You too should keep reading about the NNewi people from Anambra state. Cos the thing is, Nnewi is the most popular town in Igbo land hence a lot of people claim to come form there.
So I guess what I’m trying to say is, there is no way you can prove she isn’t what she claims. Cos she just might have the same surname as the ruling family.
Just hope for the best. Till you met someone who is really familiar with the family.

a while ago i met this lady face to face as we did some constriction work in the area.
in general: do NOT trust Nigerians if it has to do with money or donation or other funds!
