i have the same problem or br given the same advice, but i don't think that is completely right. Just talk about things that make your life interested(cool). But sometimes expressing yourself can freak out people, so don't be completely yourself.lol

when they say be your self there saying don't let your self be someone bad don't hang with anyone how does bad things because if you do your life will get messed up my 22 yr old sister is in jail for lesening to bad people shes on drugs if she dodent stop she will die because she wasent being her self what she wanted to and what everyone wants is to do good things so thats what they mean when they say be your self

Buy a self-help book and read it. They work and will help you get rid of your social anxieties.
