Go to Forever 21 or Charlotte Russe... Maybe H&M. Get a denim miniskirt... and I think it's like a babydoll top that maybe ties in the back. Go to Journey's and get some low-top Chucks in black or navy blue. Get a colored cami to go underneath. You might also like the try Buckle.

mmkay this is what you do....go to either fashion bug or walmart and pickup a jean skirt in your size. the shirt should be a light brown without words (you can pick that up anywhere) and the shoes - pink and brown fake etnies (the fake ones look the same as the real ones....except they are cheaper)....that way you take the beautiful and brilliant look and mix it with stylish and sassy. and the total price of the whole outfit will come to about $50.

the shoes are by converse and very cheap. You can make the shorts by taking old denim pants and cutting them off at that length. You could easily find the top at H&M or Forever 21.
The image is a little difficult to see, btw.
