This man does free online naturopathic consultations. He is properly qualified and the program I got was great. I think he may be able to help you out. You even get links to stores etc to obtain what you need. Very cool service.

If you have cramps down there, then your muscles are obviously tightening and causing pain and pulling on your low back causing back pain as well. You can pop an advil or any other meds, or you can do what I do...apply heat. If you don't have a heating pad, get an empty glass bottle and fill it with scalding hot water. rap a towel around it (not too thick or you won't feel the heat), and place it on your lower belly. make sure it's hot enough. If it just feels warm, peel a piece of the towel off.
Also, the food you eat may be causing your cramps. Avoid salty things, or creamy things like ice cream before your period. Those foods just make your cramps worse.

Pain relief for menstral cramps is one of the uses of medicinal marijuana. If your state allows it, you might want to ask your doctor about it (and there's laws about not getting in trouble for asking, if you're worried about that). Otherwise, there are many other "natural herbs" (peppermint, cinnamon, etc.) that can supposedly relieve such pain, but I am fairly certain they will not be nearly as effective as marijuana. The other herbs are usually used as topical oils or tea, and simply are not as strong. And to avoid smoking (unhealthy!), you would probably want to consume cannabis orally; cannabis clubs often have prepared baked goods, or you could just bake yourself with all the recipies easily found online.

Sorry sweetie----wish to God I had a solution. Seems that the women I have known with that problem found a little solace and relief in a real hot tub of water. Heating pad? Stay warm? Wish I had a solution. If I could come up with one, I'd have more money than Bill Gates.

Try Kava Kave or Valerium to calm you. It may ease the pain. Then take a advil, because that is an anti inflamitory.

has the obgyn done an ultrasound? I had that happen to me, I had a cyst that burst, I had to have surgery. I would call your doctor back asap If you have children, you don't need to snort, or smoke anything....

You can make some tea with cayenne flowers or with cinnamon sticks. My aunt just told me that yesterday, I hope it helps, for me it's the same excruciating pain every month.
