Sperm that are male are faster but fizzle out quickly where as female sperm are slow and steady (It's scientifically proven). So if you want a boy you should have sex when your wife is at her most fertile (you get special ovulation kits), if you want a girl then you should try a few days after/before. Or google "chinese pregnancy calender" and use one of those (although it's up to you whether you believe them or not)..

male sperm swim faster and female sperm are more resilient,
...so if you want a boy, it's better for the woman's hips to be elevated for a while after
...or if you want a girl, it's better for the woman to be upright after
This is what I heard is helpful to increase the odds. There is no foolproof way as of yet.

Wear boxer shorts, eat well, quit smoking, limit alcohol intake, eat well, have sex every other day so you have time to make sperm, have women orgasm, have wife tilt the hips up with a pillow underneath them, have wife not pee after sex, try to limit stress, and enjoy all the times that you have sex and dont make it a chore. Do you mean, improve your chances of getting your wife pregnant? If so, wear loose fitting pants, and have lots of sex. This helps keep your testicles cool, and helps produce healthy sperm. Good luck!

yes theres a way of trying to concieve a boy rather than a girl.there are loads of books out there that will tell you real information rather than just myths,things people have heard etc..read up on it if your really interested.
