can i download songs on to my cell from my computer and use them as ringtones? i have a Razr v3?

You need to do THREE things:
Firstly, you need to UNLOCK your phone.
Secondly, you need the USB cord to attach your phone to the computer.
Thirdly, you need to purchase the Motorola Phone Tools software and install it on your computer.

You can't use whole songs as ringtones. You would need the Motorola Phone Tools Software then you can edit a certain part of any song to create a ringtone. You can also download MP3 songs onto your phone, but not as ringtones.
