Yes. I took my TV in for repair and the man demanded a $100 deposit even though he was not sure if he could fix it. I was a bit reluctant but he promised that he would give me a full refund if he could not fix my TV. To make a long story short, when I went to claim my unfixable TV the man refused to give me my deposit back citing the sign on his wall that said, "No refunds on deposits"

I brought up the conversation that we had previously and he got very angry and beligerant with me and demanded that I leave the store.

Yes, many times in the grocery store. Check your reciept, every time. Many prices are not programmed in correctly and they will overcharge you. Just go up to the service desk with the flier and get your money back, easy.

Some stores have a policy that if the item scans incorrectly, they give it to you free.
