I have a blog with blogger.com and I have about 3 readers, maybe 4 but it brings me pleasure to keep it going as it is like a diary of what I have been doing. I have put considerable time over the past year into maintaining it and worry that it could all go kaput if blogger flipped the wrong switch somewhere or I delete it by mistake.

What is an easy way to back it up?

Each blog should have a template. If you can get to the template, copy and paste the entire thing into a Word document and save it.

If you can't get to the template within the blog site itself, just bring up the View-Source window at the top of your browser, then do the copy and paste from there.

You CAN use either Word or Notepad. It doesn't matter, as they accomplish the same thing.

Cut and paste each entry to Word, then save to CD or flash drive
