It takes about 6 weeks for this piercing to heal, so if u can go 6 weeks without having to pluck or wax and still look good? Ur really lucky lol. So yes, get them done the day before the piercing, then come on in to the shop. Some people get them done right before they get the piercing and that means your skin is already red and swollen, irritated and easier to bleed.

Well, I don't know... Seems to me like unless you REALLY hate them, it might be better idea to leave them alone, since it could cause inflamed skin if it's already irratated.
