If you work out the muscle for more than 3 days a week your not allowing it time to recover and grow if your constantly putting resistance on it. Also be sure to do resistance training every other day to allow recovery.

no. thats not true. its not inafective as long as you make it more difficult each time. but you could damage yourself if your lifting to much. otherwise working out is very healthy for you.
