ka warm bath or shower, relax, eat something like a snack you really like, stay warm, just relax and be under no stress or pressure. Watch a quiet movie, lay on a soft couch, don't have a lot of bright lights. Subdued lighting is best. Just try to relax and maybe even take a nap.

It kind of depends on what you think is causing the headache. For a sinus headache take something with sudaphedrine in it. If it's just general stress,(both muscles on the back of your neck tight) just lay down and take a nap. If you have been in front of the computer all day and your view to your monitor isn't straight (one side of your neck muscles in back are tight) get off the computer and massage your neck. If it's eye strain lay down with a cold cloth over your eyes. Also for the sinus or eye strain you can relieve some of the pain by applying pressure to the nerves that run through your eye sockets, there are 4 nerves that run through, one at each corner of your eyes if you imagined it as a box, apply hard pressure with the tip of a finger until you have to stop because it really hurts then release the pressure, it should feel a little better for awhile.

A nice slow act of intercourse cvan help sometimes , if the headache is stress related.
Also fill up the tub with very warm water, turn off the lights, and put a cold wet cloth on your eyes. Then press your heels of your hands into your eyes. good luck

Take some Aloe Vera and soak the center of a damp washcloth with it. Fold it over and put it on your forehead in a cool dark place. Lavender oil is also supposed to help if you have any on hand.

Take a nap. It'll give the headache time to wear off. Also try a cup of black coffee. Caffine sometimes helps.

Motrin or Tylenol may help.
Drinking a coke or pepsi anything with caffeine in it will help too.

put a washcloth on your head. i prefere cold. but you should try both. and if that doesn't work just try taking a long nap. by the end of the nap it should be gone. hopefully : ) best of luck : )
