Usually heard on cruise ships, kids partys - Everyone usually struts around holding the person in front of theirs' waist. The beat is like (bare with me) dum, dum, dum, dum, dum.....KICK, and then it repeats. No words to this song, just drum beats. Kind of sounds like the limbo song or something. Stumped? So am I!

That's called a conga line, but I don't know the name of the song.
Even Wikipedia doesn't give the name of the song:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conga_line
Paul McBride, can you provide a link or reference to verify that "Coconuts of the Caribbean" is the conga line song? Because I searched and can't find a song by that name, so I searched Xavier Cugat and although it is quite possible that he wrote the song it was not by that name. I even listened to many of the sound clips on Amazon for his song and can't find it: http://www.amazon.com/Xavier-Cugat/artist/B000APVFOK/002-8130867-7241601

It's "Coconuts of the Caribbean". It was written by Xavier Cugat and
made famous by the steel band known as the Bursty Boys out of Ocho Rios,Jamaica.

The bunny hop? (but that has music and a hop hop hop?)
or
moms old fashioned cider. (The drum beats go to the tune of the words) (I remember that dance on bugs bunny)
