Depends upon if your hosting provides ODB links or if it comes with SQL or is it a Windows server?

If you are using frontpage, right click on your submit button (for your login) and choose database properties. This will open a wizard to help you create the database and link to the stored data.

If you are trying to link to an external existing database like Access (via FTP, etc) let me know if you find out how to do it (on a Windows server). I've been trying to do it for a month without success, and a web solutions company wants $1500 to do it!

try creating one in MS Access.. you will need some dynamic scripting for that (ASP / PHP/ etc)... the webhosting service usually provides with a web-based cpanel to manage the databases.
