try eating almonds like 4 to 5 a day. Then take extra vitamin E. I always used Noxzema and then sea breeze after wards. Drink lots and lots of water and lay off of oily foods.

Clean and Clear and a regular bar of soap.
don't at ur pimples and u a clean wash cloth everytime u wash ur face. You wash ur face first with a regular bar of soap and then after that u put on ur medication: ex: clean and clear. You could also do an oatmeal mask. <----i'll dry out ur acne, but u should do that twice a month.
-wash ur face at least twice a day. morning & before bed.

Clean & Clear face wash; it's usually around $4.00, Then get a MUDD clay mask it comes in a tube, and it literally sucks all the dirt, grease, sweat, oil, & old imbedded makeup from your pores. It costs around $4.00 & comes in a squeeze tube. You can even wash your face with it! Good Luck, I hope this helps

St. Ives and Neutrogena work great. Walmart is the best place to go cause they are cheaper there.
