there are so many brands wich are affordable and expencive and most eyeliner are the same if you are looking for and eyeliner which can be used for years without going off try Mac cake eyeliner. and if you have any eyeshadow colours and you want to creat an eyeliner from it.. all what you have to go is to use an eyeliner brish and wet the eyeshadw and make like a past from that eyeshadow and apply it with the brush..
or you can use and eyeliner activator instead of water for long lasting eyeliner made from eyeshadows.

Almay's is the best. Liquid liner doesn't look gaudy if used correctly, should be a thin line at the base of the upper lashes, this will give the appearance of fuller lashes and definition to the eye.

First responder: Excuse me, but it doesn't look "gaudy" on everyone. You just have to apply it correctly.

Anyways, I find that Maybelline has the best liquid eyeliner. I suggest putting on your mascara and then lining your eye with an automatic pencil eyeliner, and then going over that with your liquid eyeliner. It makes it looks a little softer and not as harsh. Just make sure the line isn't too thick and don't line your whole eye and it will look just fine. :)

Liquid Liner is awsome and dramatic I love liquid liner, Lancome has one that is calle Artcil amazing!! But there is anther made by Maybelline that is amazing and if you go to Rite Aide you can return make-up! YES!

The best liquid liner is NO liquid liner. It looks gaudy on everyone who wears it. Use a soft pencil liner.
