Any social services likely unless you go to a graduate level or add nursing to your degree. At the grad level or with nursing you are likely to get funding for projects or hired for projects or even work in a place like the Smithsonian. The CIA loves to hire anthropologists for "projects" They come to college job fairs. A seasoned professor of archeology should be able to tell you the name they operate under. I have a BA in Anthropology and I work as a drug and alcohol counselor in the local prison. It is rather fun!
