does Jack Sparrow live or does he die in the 3rd one?..i dunno what to think of it..cuz i know i saw him go into the kraken and thats when i started crying...i hope hes alive though....or he comes back in the 3rd one...

he might be dead....but he will FOR SURE be back in the 3rd one because how could they make that movie without captain jack sparrow???? it just wouldn't be as good of a movie!!!!!!! so don't worry, hunny, its just a movie. captain jack will be back once again, you'll just have to wait another 10 months to find out what happened for sure...the next movie comes out memorial day weekend, May 2007!!!!!!!!!!!!! yay!!!!!!!!!!

They just started filming the 3rd one so someone out there has definetly written it. So anyone on Answers.com probably can't answer that for you...
I do believe however it is safe to assume that they didn't kill him because as you know Will got off the boat that blew up in the first movie (no one knows how but he did). So jack who is more creative than Will, will most likely do the same and survive the ugly Octopus.

oh brother.. you cried? well he may have gone into the kraken but he had his sword in hand... theres no way they can make a third movie without jack sparrow.

they sail to World's End
to rescue Jack;; and later
Elizabeth gets captured
by Sao-Feng, so they save
her.
