You will need to get your hands on the copy of the Land Certificate which says who owns what, try either the owner or their solicitor for a copy.

Not quite sure what the motive of the question is but if you are maybe in dispute with a neighbour over who owns what etc this should all be shown on the title deeds, likewise if you are refering to a leasehold property

Go to your local title & deeds office. This is public information. Usually they are located near the court house & city hall.

You can serch tax records, they are public. The on line records are usually pretty dificult to use but try it out. You can also pay an online service .
