i have a 30GB video ipod... it wont download the videos in my library to my ipod and i already converted them?

now you need to drag and drop them to your iPod.
Or if you like, set your iPod to automatically update videos. To do this, go the the iPod preferences, go to the videos tab and select "automatically update"
