Yes...they are some. Many lose them during botched circumcisions. And some men have to have them amputated because of penile cancer. Your question may have been asked to be silly , but the answer is yes.

well...last year......while a 3 year old boy was being circumcised
....they made a mistake in the operation...and penis died..
so they had to cut it all...so..thatz it...the boy doesnt have penis anymore
