It was so unfair! We just moved from AZ to CA to escape the heat and it FOLLOWED us! haha!
I did just like I did when I was in Phx: pool/water, malls, and indoors with AC cranked.
But in Cali they always talk about don't run your AC lower than 78!! WTF?????????? That was a surprise for me! Luckily, we have a pool!

I go and stay at my parents' home because I cannot afford to fix my air condition. Beside, their air condition is working very well, and they said I could stay over until the tormenting heat is over. In addition, I do not have to pay for any of the electric bill. My parents told me that they were going to use the air condition whether or not that I am there.

I am on the east coast, but it has been ungodly hot here, too.
I tend to spend my days either in doors or swimming. I work in an air conditioned office and my days off, like today I went window shopping.
In the evenings I tend to be outside with a nice cold drink.

It was a 113 for 4 days here, now it hasn't gotten over 97 degrees. That is smack dab in the middle of California. Where is your heatwave?

I stay in Stockton and am certainly suffering with the nice and cozy temperature wave. i'm over 6 months pregnant and contained in the technique of shifting/packing and that's been no relaxing! fortunately we are shifting out of our domicile with only a swamp cooler to a unique domicile with crucial warmth and air! :)
