I had the check engine light on, I changed the O2 sensor and it went away, then I decided to change the spark plugs and wires and I now the engine misfires, what do you thing could be the problem? I checked the spark plugs and wires again and they are tight, do I have to reset the computer after changing the O2 sensor and the plugs? if not, what could be the problem?

If it now happens after you changed the plugs and wires and not before, then it is the plugs or wires. It is possible to get a bad spark plug wire or plug. You could have cracked the insulation on one of the plugs while installing, and make sure that you did install the wires on the coil in the correct place, it should be marked with a number for each cylinder.

pull the code on the computer it will tell you wich cylindre is missing pull that plug and check it for a crack
