I never heard of Bloody Mary, but I did hear about Mary Worth, you stare into the mirror in your bathroom with the lights out and say her name 3 times and she is suppose to appear. The only thing that appears is, your reflection in a mirror in a dark bathroom.

my son freaked out over this one when he was 5 years old. he still claims to have seen her. apparently you have to say the name three times, with a flashlight in the dark.
