How many times a day is too many, is there an average, and how many times a day do you?

I'm currently in therapy for this addiction.
I log on more times than I can count.
But my therapist says once is enough...and not too long either.

What did I think i think? Masturbation..I know I have a terrible mind...

I check my email about 5 times a day. Log on to this site about 2 times a day.

I thought it was going to be about " spankin Monkeys" cause guys are always asking that. check it 1-5 times a day depending on how busy I am. I think if you have one and you use it you should check at least once a day.

once or twice is how many i log on, and i think more than 4 is too many, and i figured this question was one of those ones with no explanation you know? It stopped after you inital question.

I check my email about once or twice a day, and I go on this site whenever im bored...which is often.

since it's summer vacation, two to five times. on a regular school day, once.

i just read the featured question and it was on eating so i was thinking of food...like snacks and stuff

I'm constantly checking my mail. literally. I have a window open with my mail so I can refresh it when i feel necessary.
